Requirements

• Able to pass pre-employment physical/TB test.
• Obtain fingerprint clearance as required by our licensure.
• Food Handler’s certification.
• First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including hygiene, dressing, and mobility.
• Managing behaviors such as wandering or agitation using proven strategies.
• Implementing consistent daily routines and memory-supportive activities.
• Supporting medication management, meal preparation, transportation, and therapy participation.
• Applying specialized training in dementia care and behavioral management.
