Requirements

• Focus on resident care
• Team player
• STAR mentality (Selfless, Tough, Accountable, Respectful)
• Active 40 hr Medication Aide certification in Nebraska for CMA's
• No experience required; training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to residents
• Administer medications as a Certified Medication Aide
• Assist residents with daily living activities
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality care
