Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in a group home, home-like setting
- Ability to communicate (verbally and written) with all levels of personnel, internal and external
- Must Have a Current License to Drive.
- Documentation proving eligibility to work inside the USA.
- Clear Criminal History and Driving Record.
Responsibilities
- Performing personal care tasks, including feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring
- Assist with fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates
- Ensuring client safety and maintaining a safe environment
- Encouraging self-help activities
- Accompanying clients to scheduled appointments
- Transport clients to and from medical appointments as needed in company vehicles
- Assist clients with entering and exiting vehicle as needed
- Adhere to established transportation schedule
- Assist in the Day Hab when not transporting clients
