Own compliance & HR essentials - maintain personnel files, oversee screenings, and ensure we're always audit-ready. Stay agile - jump in to support on-call needs, resolve challenges quickly, and keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements

  • A relationship-builder who thrives on connecting with people.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office savvy).
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Sharp communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Organized, adaptable, and ready to problem-solve on the fly.
