We are seeking a Care Manager with hands-on caregiving experience—someone who understands the realities of in-home care and is ready to step into a meaningful leadership role. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in senior care (professional or personal), including hands-on caregiving.
  • Proven ability to provide compassionate, hands-on care, including assistance with all ADLs.
  • Experience with caregiver supervision, staffing, scheduling, or care coordination preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfort using scheduling and office software.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • A compassionate, team-oriented leader who leads by example.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with caregiver supervision, staffing, scheduling, or care coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit & Build a Reliable Team: Hire, onboard, and retain compassionate Home Health Aides committed to excellence.
  • Train & Mentor Caregivers: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to help caregivers succeed and grow.
  • Coordinate Care & Scheduling: Match caregivers with clients to ensure continuity, quality care, and coverage.
  • Support Clients & Families: Build trusting relationships, communicate clearly, and address concerns proactively.
  • Provide Hands-On Support When Needed: Step in during high-demand periods or emergencies to ensure uninterrupted care.
