Responsibilities

• Provide occasional hands-on care in 1:1 client settings
• Observe care delivery and support quality standards
• Build strong relationships with clients and caregivers
• Help ensure care plans are followed with dignity and consistency
• Serve as a resource and support for caregivers in the field
• Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and coaching
• Help caregivers feel heard, respected, and successful
• Communicate concerns and insights to the office team
• Learn scheduling, documentation, and care coordination processes
• Partner with the office team to support smooth operations
• Participate in problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts
