About The Position

As a Full-Time Caregiver in In-Home Senior Care, you will play a vital role in supporting older adults to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Requirements

• Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, PCA, or CNA preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to earn it soon.
• Confidence with housekeeping, meal prep, and safe transfer techniques.
• Clear, compassionate communication and respect for client privacy.
• Strength to assist transfers or lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and safe mobility.
• Cook simple, nutritious meals and keep living spaces clean and organized.
• Provide timely reminders for medication and track basic health cues.
• Engage in active companionship by chatting, playing games, taking walks, and accompanying clients on errands or appointments.
• Assist with stretches or physical-therapy routines as directed by professionals.
