About The Position

Consumer Direct Care Network Washington is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those you care for while being part of a supportive and caring organization. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with various tasks that are essential for their daily living. This includes helping with activities such as walking, bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, and toileting. You will also be tasked with transporting clients to appointments, errands, and activities, as well as assisting with light housekeeping duties. Monitoring clients' health and behavior, reminding them to take their medication, and addressing their needs with respect and attention to safety are also key responsibilities. The position may involve other authorized duties as assigned, allowing for a diverse and engaging work experience. Consumer Direct Care Network Washington values its employees and offers competitive wages, starting at $21.12 to $23.94 per hour, along with union benefits that may include paid time off (PTO), flexible scheduling options for part-time or full-time work, and paid training. Additionally, caregivers will have free access to Carina.org to find clients and will receive representation and benefits through SEIU 775, provided they meet eligibility requirements.
