About The Position
The Memory Care Professional (MCP) at Tender Rose Dementia Care Specialists is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for clients with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. This role involves providing non-medical companionship care, focusing on person-centered, activity-based care that promotes joy, dignity, and meaningful engagement for clients and their families. MCPs are expected to deliver luxury-brand customer service while facilitating activities that cater to the clients' social, emotional, physical, nutritional, intellectual, and spiritual needs.
