Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
• Previous experience in caregiving or related field is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and families.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Background check and drug screening may be required.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and meal preparation.
• Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
• Monitor and document clients' health and behavior, reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
• Administer medication as directed and ensure compliance with care plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care and outcomes.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
