About The Position
At All Ways Caring HomeCare our Caregivers play a crucial role in providing individualized care that suits the needs of each client in the comfort of their homes. It is our goal to identify individuals who are compassionate, a #DifferenceMaker, and want to feel awesome about their job every day. This job board is for one particular client in need of a caregiver that can work weekly, Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 7:30 pm. The client is female, in her late 50's that experiences seizures quite regularly. She is required to wear a seizure helmet at all times. She is pretty independent and can take care of her own hygiene, bathing and toileting needs. She needs assistance with light housekeeping, meal prep, transportation to and from Dr. Appts as well as other errands around town. She enjoys going to cowboy church and loves to worship, so she needs someone who she can share that with. We are looking for a caregiver that is reliable, dependable, dedicated, non-judgemental and has some experience with seizures and brain injuries. Serious inquiries only!
Requirements
- No prior experience necessary. Orientation and training provided
- Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
- Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check
- experience with seizures and brain injuries
