About The Position
Immediate Need for Caregivers/ Home Health Aides throughout Houston Area We’re seeking caring, dependable Non-Medical Caregivers to provide in-home support for seniors. In this role, you’ll make a meaningful difference by helping clients maintain their independence, safety, and overall well-being—while offering the personalized care and companionship they deserve.
Requirements
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude
- Valid driver’s license with dependable transportation
- Willingness and ability to travel within a 20-mile radius
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) , including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Plan and prepare balanced meals, providing feeding assistance when needed
- Perform light housekeeping such as laundry, dishes, and general tidying to maintain a safe and comfortable environment
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and outings
- Provide companionship and emotional support, promoting engagement and well-being
- Encourage participation in daily routines and meaningful activities
- Observe and communicate any changes in a client’s physical, emotional, or cognitive condition
