Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and car insurance (Required)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable
  • Ability to provide person-centered care

Nice To Haves

  • HHA or CNA certification preferred but not required
  • Previous caregiving experience (home care or facility-based) is a plus
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
  • A compassionate and caring attitude
  • Strong communication and reliability
  • A genuine desire to help others
  • Experience or certifications (preferred but not always required)

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) , including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation while ensuring client safety
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding while encouraging proper nutrition
  • Provide medication reminders (non-clinical)
  • Offer companionship and emotional support through meaningful engagement
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment
  • Observe and report any changes in physical or mental condition to the care team
  • Follow individualized care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures
