At All Ways Caring HomeCare, Caregivers play a crucial role in providing individualized care that suits the needs of each client in the comfort of their homes. All Ways Caring HomeCare delivers quality, compassionate, and individualized care and support that helps people in need of assistance stay at home, maximizing their dignity, privacy, and independence. Services are tailored to meet the individual needs of people of all ages, physical conditions, and cognitive abilities, whether they are recovering from illness, injury, or surgery, living with a chronic disability, or dealing with the natural process of aging. All Ways Caring HomeCare services include personal care and homemaking programs, professional nursing, older adult care management, Alzheimer’s/dementia care, respite care, and other programs.

Requirements

Eighteen years of age or older with valid driver’s license
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Minimum of six (6) months of caregiving experience (professional or familial, including care for a family member)
Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background check
Effective verbal and written communication
Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement
Successful completion of pre-employment background check
