This position offers the opportunity to get paid to care for an elderly or disabled family member or friend. Assistance is available to apply for a state waiver to cover services if the client is not already on one. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting clients with aspects of their daily life as indicated by their care plan, playing an important role in helping them maintain their independence. Caregivers receive training and tools for success, including instruction on Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and access to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). CPR, First Aid, and Dementia Training are also provided as professional development opportunities for interested caregivers.
