Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• A valid driver's license and insured vehicle with your name on the policy.
• Proficiency in English – ability to read, write and communicate clearly.
• 1-3 years of experience as a hands-on Senior Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nurse’s Assistant.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
• Daily access to internet, email, and mobile phone with the ability to use a phone app.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications in caregiving or related fields.
• Experience with WellSky.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care to senior clients in their homes.
• Match clients to the right caregiver for optimal care.
• Commit to a minimum of 16-24 working hours per week.
• Travel up to 15 miles for shifts.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
