About The Position

At Dahlia Home Care, we're looking for passionate and dedicated caregivers interested in a rewarding career as a Home Care Aide. If you're passionate about caregiving and would like to make a difference, join our team! You will be providing care in the patient's home in accordance with their individual care plan.

Requirements

• 1-year verifiable experience as a caregiver.
• HCA registration with CDSS.
• TB test.
• CPR and First Aid training is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transfers, feeding, preparing or heating up meals, and medication reminders.
• Maintain a clean and orderly environment for the individual by completing light housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Accompany clients to medical appointments and other errands.
• Allow and encourage clients to do as much of their own care as possible.
