About The Position

What You'll Do As a caregiver, you will provide both practical assistance and companionship to our clients. Home Assistance Light housekeeping and meal preparation Running errands and providing transportation Accompanying clients to appointments Medication reminders Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, toileting, grooming, and feeding Companionship Providing friendly conversation and emotional support Engaging clients in activities that stimulate and encourage independence Building meaningful relationships while improving quality of life What We’re Looking For Compassionate, reliable, and professional individuals Experience caring for seniors or disabled adults (professionally or personally) Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with mobility Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and move throughout a shift High school diploma preferred Ability to pass a criminal background check Valid driver’s license and active car insurance (required) Comfortable using a smartphone to clock in/out and document visits Dementia/Alzheimer’s experience is a plus LNA/CNA certification is a plus Why Work With Visiting Angels? Requirements
