Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
Must pass a national background check
Current TB test and CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
Dependable, compassionate, and professional attitude
Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and communication

Nice To Haves

1 year of caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or facility)

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers)
Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
Offer medication reminders (no administration)
Support safe mobility and ambulation (walker, wheelchair, etc.)
Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior
Use our mobile app to clock in/out and document care notes
Follow infection control and safety procedures (CDC-compliant)
