About The Position

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As a caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need of support within the comfort of their own homes.

Requirements

Prior experience working with elderly clients in a caregiving role is preferred.
Familiarity with assisting seniors in activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
Understanding of dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and other memory-related conditions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A caring attitude and the patience to work with clients who may have physical or cognitive limitations.
Pass a criminal background check and drug screen prior to employment with Senior Helpers.
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Assisting clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
Helping with meal preparation and medication reminders.
Performing light housekeeping tasks (laundry and linen)
Accompanying clients to appointments and outings.
Monitoring and reporting changes in client's health or behavior.
