About The Position

Join our award-winning campus at The Rosemount Senior Living as a Full-Time, Part-Time or On-Call Caregiver (CNA, PCA, HHA) today. Our 92-unit senior care campus is hiring compassionate Caregivers: HHAs, PCAs and CNAs to join our team and work in an Assisted Living setting. In this role, you will become an important part of our residents' lives as you assist them with their daily needs. We are seeking people who are team players and who are also comfortable working independently. There are Full-Time and Part-Time, benefit eligible positions available working a varied schedule. Wage: $18 - $22 per hour DOE. A shift differential is paid for the NOC shift. We are also hiring On-Call caregivers.

Requirements

• We will train you for these positions!
• A passion for geriatric care.
• Strong interpersonal and social skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Help each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per individualized care plan.
• Take and record temperature, blood pressure, weight, pulse and respiration as instructed. Report changes or concerns to the RN.
• Assist with light housekeeping duties.
• Document services performed on computerized charting system.
• Assist residents with prescribed program activities.
• Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.
• Assist the resident with personal care which may include the following: shampooing of hair, assist with showering/ bathing, fingernail and foot care, and medication administration.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
