About The Position

Requirements

• Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn and grow is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with caregiving.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused mindset.
• Must be able to pass background checks and any required health screenings.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the clients’ quality of life.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided and report any changes in the client’s condition to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and healthy living environment for clients.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, families, and healthcare team members.
