Requirements

  • Valid CNA, HHA, or PCA certification (preferred but not required).
  • At least two (2) years of experience in home care, long-term care, or working with seniors is required.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • A heart for caregiving and making a positive impact.

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate personal care assistance in the client’s home (bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding).
  • Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention support.
  • Support activities of daily living (ADLs) and help maintain a safe home environment.
  • Prepare light meals and assist with housekeeping or errands as needed.
  • Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition or behavior.
  • Build trusting, respectful relationships with clients and their families.
