About The Position

Join our Elara Caring family and become a superhero of care! We're on a mission to keep people in their homes safely, one client at a time. Assignments are currently available for Caregivers that speak Chinese or Spanish.

Requirements

• A big heart and a passion for helping people.
• Reliable transportation to clients' homes.
• Ability to perform occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds).
• Home Health aide certification and/or valid Certified Nursing Assistant Certification if applying as Home Health aide.
• Certificate of completion from the Personal and Home Care Aide State Training (Homemaker course) if applying as a Homemaker.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in caregiving or related fields.
• Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, housekeeping, and meal prep.
• Provide companionship and support to clients.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Help clients with daily living activities.
