Caregiver Health RN Full-time Day
About The Position
Caregiver Health RN at Providence Saint Johns Health Center in Santa Monica, CA. This position is Full-Time and will work 8-hour Day shifts Under the general supervision of Manager of Employee Health Office, the Employee Health Nurse conducts pre-employment and annual employee physicals, assists in the processing of claims for work-related injuries and coordinates any necessary treatment, interacts with third-party administrator (TPA) and provides required assistance with investigation and documentation. The Employee Health Nurse also assists with the coordination of the Transitional Work Program, interfaces with the Employee Assistance Program to ensure maximum utilization by employees. The Employee Health Nurse is the lead coordinator of the flu vaccination and fit test programs. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable. Requirements
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 6 months as Staff RN, RNP, or PA.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree
- Certified Occupational Health Nurse upon hire.
- 6 months Employee Health.
