About The Position

We are seeking talented and team-oriented associates to join our Balfour - Longmont community where we offer senior living accommodations. We encourage you to join our team as we deliver exceptional service and care to our residents. As a Caregiver, you will partner with our licensed nurses to provide the highest quality of care and service to assist with residents' daily living needs while supporting their emotional wellbeing. You will assist with light housekeeping and perform departmental tasks such as documentation in PCC & Life Loop, organization of medical supplies, carts and storage.

Requirements

• Ability to interact with a wide variety of people, particularly the elderly and their family members.
• High level of compassion and care for elderly residents.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a care partner for the elderly.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with licensed nurses to provide care and service to residents.
• Assist residents with daily living needs.
