About The Position

You will have ownership and trust from leaders to do what's right for participants and take initiative to help them be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities. This includes supporting participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition, as well as assisting with personal hygiene and supporting individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs.
