About The Position

Churchill Estates Assisted Living Community is seeking dedicated Caregivers to join their Care Team, providing essential support to seniors in a welcoming family environment. The role involves direct care for residents, ensuring their dignity and independence while assisting with daily living activities. The position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities with competitive pay and comprehensive training.

Requirements

• CPR Certification
• Medication administration experience
• High school diploma or GED
• First Aid Certification
• Entry level AED Certification
• Ability to manage time effectively
• At least 18 years of age
• Reliable and comfortable interacting with the public and residents
• Frequent lifting requirement of 35 lbs or less, occasional lifting of greater than or equal to 35 lbs
• Detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents with utmost respect and dignity.
• Recognize and meet residents' needs while encouraging independence.
• Uphold a safe home-like setting for residents.
