About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our team and provide essential care to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with developmental disabilities, dementia care, and in various residential settings such as personal care homes, retirement homes, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes. This role is crucial in ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care and support in their daily lives. As a caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting clients with activities of daily living, which includes personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration. You will also monitor and record vital signs as required, providing emotional support and companionship to clients, and helping them with mobility assistance and transfers. Maintaining a clean and safe environment for clients is also a key responsibility, as is collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure the best care for clients. The position offers flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, and PRN (as needed) shifts. Caregivers may work day, night, or overnight shifts, depending on client needs and availability.
