Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; CNA certification preferred.
Previous experience in home health care or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle physical demands of caregiving.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to client care.
Flexibility to work various shifts and locations as needed.
Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for clients.
Administer medication and manage health-related tasks as directed.
Assist with meal preparation and nutrition support.
Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
Document client progress and communicate effectively with the care team.
Adapt to various client needs and locations as a floater caregiver.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.
