About The Position

AllCare Homecare is currently seeking reliable, flexible, and dependable Caregiver Floaters to join our Orange County team. This position is ideal for caregivers who are available to cover open shifts, last-minute call-outs, and urgent staffing needs. Floaters play a critical role in supporting our clients by ensuring continuity of care when unexpected schedule changes arise.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Reliable transportation (must be willing to travel throughout OC)
• Flexible schedule and availability
• Professional, punctual, and dependable
• Live Scan
• CPR
• FIRST AID
• NEG TB TEST WITHIN LAST TWO YEAR

Responsibilities

• Provide quality in-home care to clients
• Assist with ADLs (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing)
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Companionship and supervision
• Be available for short-notice shift coverage
