About The Position

Visiting Angels of HEB is seeking a compassionate Caregiver for Evening, Weekend, and Overnight shifts to provide non-medical services to seniors in their homes. Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience with an agency or facility or a CNA license
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle for work purposes with proof of auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in dementia and Alzheimer's care
• Certification in caregiving or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship with emotional support
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, and incontinence care
• Planning and preparing meals
• Performing light housekeeping duties
• Reminding clients to take their medications
• Transporting clients to grocery shopping, errands, and doctor appointments
• Maintaining accurate records of client care activities.
