Job Security: A stable job at an established, growing company with advancement opportunities Learning and Development: We invest in your development and provide the tools and training you need to have a fulfilling career WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; DSP Year 1 and DSP Year 2 certifications - PREFERRED Experience: At least 6 months-1 year experience in direct care of individuals with developmental disabilities - AND - must have some experience working with severe behavioral challenges such as verbal and physical aggression, running away, and so on. Skills: Behavioral de-escalation, knowledge of client rights and advocacy, strong communication skills Clearances: must be able to pass applicable criminal and driver history background checks and a pre-employment physical and TB test.
