This position involves meaningful work in the community, providing one-on-one support in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for adult individuals (18 years of age and older) with intellectual or developmental disabilities. The goal is to help clients reach their full potential. No prior experience is needed, as BAYADA offers Direct Support Professional training through its Apprentice Program.
