Our ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in providing quality care, understands the unique needs of clients living with Alzheimer’s or dementia, and approaches every day with patience, empathy, and reliability.

Requirements

• A kind, patient, and dependable individual
• Experience working with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or elderly clients (preferred)
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and families
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
• Support with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands
• Follow established care plans and ensure client safety and comfort
• Offer specialized support to clients experiencing memory loss or confusion
