Hi, I’m Dena, the owner of HomeWell Care Services here in the Wilmington/Carolina Beach area. I started this company after spending 30 years in healthcare because I saw how often seniors and their families felt like just a number. I knew there had to be a better way—more personal, more thoughtful, more human. That’s why I stay involved. I meet every client. I help match every caregiver. Requirements
- You genuinely care about people
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient
- Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a caregiver, CNA, or home health aide is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and personal care
- Help with mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and light housekeeping
- Run errands or provide transportation when needed
- Be a steady, caring presence in someone’s life
