About The Position

The Caregiver/CNA position at StoryPoint Naperville involves providing compassionate and competent care for residents. The role requires assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dining, and mobility support. Caregivers will also participate in life enrichment activities and ensure residents' comfort and safety. The position is available in both part-time and full-time schedules, with shifts covering mornings, afternoons, and nights. Employees are expected to work every other weekend and may have flexible scheduling options.

Requirements

• Interest in pursuing a career in healthcare (CNA, Nursing, Geriatrics).

• Active CNA license (extra $1.00 per hour).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and competent care for residents.
• Assist residents with bathing, showering, and grooming/dressing.
• Help residents with dining and meal assistance.
• Escort residents in wheelchairs and while walking.
• Remind residents about medication and activities.
• Respond to resident call signals.
• Participate in Life Enrichment activities.
