Caregiver/CNA Full Time PM shift
About The Position
Touchmark on West Prospect is Appleton’s leading full-service senior living community, dedicated to enriching the lives of residents through exceptional care, hospitality, and service. We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers / CNAs to join our Assisted Living and Memory Care team on the evening shift. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing attentive care, supporting residents’ evening routines, and helping create a calm, safe environment. Requirements
- CNA certification (preferred or required per state regulation)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience working with older adults or in a healthcare environment preferred
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable team member
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with evening routines including dressing, hygiene, and mobility
- Provide support with meals and hydration
- Respond promptly to emergency pendants and resident needs
- Assist residents with walking, transfers, and transportation to activities or rooms
- Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes to the care team
- Maintain resident rooms and common areas in a clean and safe condition
- Document care and services according to care plans
