Requirements

A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible.
High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate.
Access to reliable transportation.
A high regard for elders
Previous experience as a home caregiver with clients living w/dementia.
CA Home Care Aide registration
Ability to work in Fremont, Newark and Union City
Good health and a positive spirit
Available to travel and work in Alameda and Trivalley locations.
Able to provide Caregiver Training and conduct Supervisory Visitations

Responsibilities

Assist with the activities of daily living to help clients stay independent and in their own homes
Provide assistance with personal care
Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises
Handle meal planning, preparation and feeding
Properly manage household needs
Provide companionship and respite services for the family
Engaging in meaningful activities
Listening to exciting stories
