Bridgewater, a beautiful Legacy Retirement Community, is looking for dedicated Caregivers and CNAs to join our care team on Day, Swing, and NOC shifts. This is a meaningful opportunity to make a daily impact while working in a supportive, resident-centered environment. POSITION DETAILS Caregiver / CNA (Certification Preferred) Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time available Pay Rate: $20-22/hour, depending on experience and certification AVAILABLE SHIFTS Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM Swing Shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM NOC Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Flexible scheduling based on availability and staffing needs)

Requirements

• Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
• Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment requirements.

Nice To Haves

• CNA certification preferred (not required for all caregiver roles)
• Previous caregiving or senior living experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care
• Support resident safety, comfort, and emotional well-being
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and care teams
• Follow care plans and community policies
