About The Position
Caregiver/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Provides in-home personal care and support to clients under the supervision with the collaboration of the Care Team Manager and Client Care Manager . Assists with daily living needs, monitors basic health indicators, and helps maintain a safe, comfortable home environment.
Requirements
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Ability to assist with physical tasks and mobility support
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
- Support mobility: transfers, ambulation, and exercises
- Take and record vital signs and report changes in condition
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and simple meal preparation
