Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred
• Previous caregiving experience required
• Fluent in both Spanish and English
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to caregiving
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to providing the highest standard of care

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living
• Provide compassionate and personalized in-home care
• Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and families
• Create a safe, supportive, and respectful environment
• Collaborate with supervisors, healthcare professionals, and family members
• Maintain accurate care documentation
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development
