About The Position

About You In Home Care is a local, client-focused in-home care agency dedicated to providing dependable, compassionate support to individuals in their homes. We believe in matching the right caregiver with each client to ensure comfort, dignity, and quality care.
We are currently seeking a male caregiver for a specific in-home care client who has requested a same-gender caregiver due to personal care and comfort needs.
This position is ideal for someone who is reliable, respectful, and understands the importance of maintaining a client's privacy and independence.

Requirements

• Male caregiver requested due to client preference for personal care
• Prior caregiving experience preferred (home care, facility, or family caregiving)
• Dependable and punctual
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor
• Ability to pass background screening
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
• Must be comfortable providing hands-on personal care

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping related to the client's care
• Help with mobility, transfers, and safety supervision
• Follow the client's care plan and communicate changes or concerns to the care team
• Maintain confidentiality and respect at all times
