The role focuses on creating meaningful connections and helping clients maintain comfort and confidence at home, providing personalized, one-on-one care that promotes safety, dignity, and independence. Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional or personal caregiving experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate personality
- Someone who takes pride in providing respectful, high-quality care
Responsibilities
- Hands-on assistance with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Light meal preparation and simple dietary support
- Light housekeeping to maintain a clean, comfortable home
- Companionship, encouragement, and safety supervision
- Supporting the client’s dignity and quality of life in every interaction
