Requirements

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Willingness to transition to a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) role.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care and support for residents.
• Assist residents in the Assisted Living and/or Memory Care Program(s) with their activities of daily living.
• Implement resident plans of care.
• Document nursing services.
• Enable residents to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity.
• Enhance the lives of older adults by assisting them with patience and a friendly smile.
• Embrace teamwork and collaboration among all staff.
