About The Position

As a Resident Caregiver at Bridge Senior Living, you will be responsible for providing a high level of care and comfort to our residents. Your role will involve assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) while fostering meaningful connections with each individual. You will provide safe transferring, assistance with personal hygiene, memory care stimulation, and social interaction. This position is ideal for those who exhibit a passion for serving seniors and contributing to a positive environment that our residents are proud to call home.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• CNA or HHA certification in applicable state
• First Aid & CPR certification
• At least 1 year of related work experience

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
• Provide safe transferring and assistance with personal hygiene
• Engage in memory care stimulation and social interaction
