About The Position

Visiting Angels, the most recognized and respected name in home care, is hiring a Caregiver, Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA) OR Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist a senior client in the Marshall, Virginia area. The families we care for aren't just clients to us, they become family. We have provided services to many of our families for years because we work hard to establish long lasting relationships with everyone involved, including you, the Caregiver.

Requirements

• Must have (2) professional references.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Reliable vehicle and driver's license.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.
• PCA, HHA, CNA certification or license preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist client with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, and medication reminders.
• Assist the client with errands and shopping.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Prepare meals.
• Provide friendly companionship.
