Requirements
- Mandarin speaking
- Previous caregiving experience (professional or family based)
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Two professional or personal references
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Clear TB test (within past year)
- Pass background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- CNA, HHA, or BLS certification is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Help seniors with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Meal prep and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Support mobility and safe transfers
- Monitor and report changes in client’s condition to ensure their well-being
