- Driver’s License & auto insurance

- TB test
- Reliable vehicle

Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, grooming, mobility & transfers)
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship & social support
- Follow care plans and report client changes
