About The Position

Brightview Senior Living is seeking compassionate individuals who thrive on helping others and making a difference in their lives. The role involves providing warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents. You will assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), monitor changes in their personal care needs, and collaborate with nursing staff to update their Resident Care Plans. Encouraging resident participation in community programs and activities is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and love for working with people.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA- Medication Aide Certified is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Monitor changes in residents' personal care needs and collaborate with the Nurse to update their Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
